Orders: I require a 2 week notice on all cake orders and aleast a 30 day notice on all wedding cake orders. We may be able to get you in a slot sooner than the 2 week notice if there is availability but not guaranteed. When placing your order a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order as well as details on your order. Once orders are made you have aleast 3 days from the date order was placed to make any modifications such as Flavor, Theme, Quantity, Etc

Deposits: Upon placing your order there is a 50 percent (Non Refundable) deposit required on all orders, Remaining balance due at the time of pick up/delivery. Dates/Slots will not be held until deposits are paid and you risk the chance of date needed to be unavailable if deposit is not paid date of placing order. I respond quickly for quotes on cakes/cupcakes so please send your requests with date needed, theme/ideas and serving sizes to Cupcakeahallicllc@gmail.com or fill out the contact form

Cancellations: You are able to cancel your order and receive a refund minus the deposit and any discounts you may have received up until aleast 1 week prior to your event, any cancellations beyond the 1 week time frame no refunds. You are able to cancel and change your day aleast 30 days out.  Any order changes after the 30 days forfeit your deposit and any orders placed there after requires a new deposit to book another slot. 

Wedding Orders: There will be a binding contract on all wedding orders at the time of placing your order. There will be a $100 (Non Refundable) deposit to secure your date. In the event you need to cancel notice of cancellation must be in writing by the person that placed the order and can be emailed to cupcakeahallicllc@gmail.com any balance will be canceled and any payments made above the original deposit of $100.00 minus any discounts will be refunded within 2 weeks via original payment method.

Delivery: We offer delivery for a fee and is based upon availability, distance, and weather permitting. Please notify me at the time of booking if venue has steep hills, speed bumps, any stairs, special instructions. If  venue requires waiting to be buzzed in please have someone there to meet me at the door at time of arrival for I have a time slot to deliver your cake/cupcakes before I have to be at my next delivery on time. Delivery does not include set up that is an additional charge and should be notified if set up is needed and if set up is needed that does not include any cake stands or cupcake stands you will need to have your on stands or you can rent a stand for an additional fee. Upon delivery/setup you are responsible for keeping your cake safe, Cakes shouldn't be moved once delivered for tied cakes can shift if moved repeatedly . I will photograph your cakes to confirm delivery/setup and I reserve the rights to use and photos for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Refunds: I will take a photo of the cake/cupcakes upon completion, it is your responsibility to ensure the cake stays safe once you pick up or if its delivered. For any reason if a refund is requested you will need to return any unused cake portion and we will discuss refund.

Pick Ups: You are responsible for your cake/cupcakes once its places in your hands. I will show you your cake/cupcakes prior to leaving and once placed in your possession you accept approval and all liability for your cake/cupcakes. Please be on time to pick up after 15 minutes there is a late fee of $10
